Recruiting Specialist
Location: Zagreb, hybrid
We’re looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our Global People and Culture team and help us find the best talent to grow our company. At Datatonic, we know that exceptional talent is at the heart of what we do. As a Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our teams with top-tier professionals across technical roles (analytics, engineering, science, and more) and commercial roles (sales, marketing, people, finance, and operations).
What you’ll do:
Technical Sourcing - Using our ATS & Linked In to assess applications, as well as proactively finding matching candidates to our requirements (Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers etc)
Manage the full recruitment process—from job posting and sourcing to interviews and offer stages
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
Write and post engaging job ads across relevant platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process
Keep our ATS up to date and ensure all documentation is handled efficiently
Support employer branding efforts through events, social media, and content (optional but welcome!)
Stay on top of hiring trends and continuously look for ways to improve our process
What we’re looking for:
Experience in a recruiter or talent acquisition position, ideally in a tech start up
Experience hiring technical roles
Comfort using ATS tools and LinkedIn as part of your sourcing strategy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and collaborative mindset
Excellent English (written and spoken)
