Job Description: • Put People to Work! Grow into an expert and adapt to the fast-paced and changing world of work by staying curious, asking questions and learning more about your areas of specialty • Execute full cycle recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience and service to our candidates and clients • Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities Requirements: • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in high-volume, full life cycle recruiting • Experience in a retail setting (does not need to be within recruitment) • Proficiency with Workday • Familiarity with the Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive etc.) • Participation in video-based meetings is required • Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zones Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Life insurance • Disability for Staff and Consultants • 401K
