We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of medical receptionist procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Hours will generally be 3pm - 8pm on every other weekend.
