Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist – $8,000–$20,000+/mo (Fully Remote) Presidential Digs Real Estate is expanding and looking for a hungry, coachable, competitive salesperson who wants to break into real estate investing and earn $8,000–$20,000+ per month. No real estate experience required — we train the right people. This is a high-performance, commission-only acquisitions role. You will speak with motivated sellers, analyze properties, make offers, negotiate deals, and lock up contracts consistently. What You’ll Do • Speak with motivated sellers daily and uncover their needs • Analyze properties and determine offer prices using comps and internal tools • Make 3–5 written offers per day • Negotiate purchase agreements with clarity and confidence • Follow up aggressively to maximize conversions • Maintain daily KPIs and strong pipeline discipline • Work closely with our Dispositions team to ensure profitable outcomes • Consistently follow scripts, systems, and objection-handling frameworks What Success Looks Like (First 30–90 Days) • 50+ outbound dials per day • 3.5+ hours of talk time per day • 3–5 written offers per day • 3–5 contracts locked up in the first 30–45 days • Consistent use of scripts and systems • Strong daily follow-up and pipeline management • Coachability and measurable improvement week over week If these expectations excite you, you’re likely a strong fit.
