Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of short-term rental properties. This remote, full-time position requires expertise in Airbnb/OTA management, revenue optimization, and exceptional guest service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage listings across multiple OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO)
• Optimize pricing strategies using revenue management tools (PriceLabs)
• Handle guest communications, bookings, and issue resolution
• Coordinate property maintenance and cleaning schedules
• Manage vendor relationships and service providers
• Conduct virtual property inspections and quality control
• Track and report on property performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and local regulations
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in short-term rental/Airbnb property management
• Proven track record in hospitality or vacation rental operations
• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and channel management
• Experience with property management systems (Uplisting preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Schlage & Keynest - Smart access management
• Stayfi - Guest WiFi analytics
Location & Schedule
• Remote position (Philippines-based candidates preferred)
