Underwriting here is mission-critical, not support. Your numbers determine profit, deal velocity, and reputation.
This is not entry-level.
This is not a side hustle.
This is a long-term role for a proven operator.
Fully remote.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Underwriting Novation, wholesale, Subject-To, and Seller Finance deals nationwide
• Running precise comps and ARVs for MLS retail exits
• Analyzing DOM, price trends, buyer demand, and absorption rates
• Determining list price and exit strategy
• Stress-testing deals before contract
• Killing bad deals early to protect margins
• Delivering clear, confident underwriting to leadership
• Performing at high volume without sacrificing accuracy
Your decisions directly impact closings, spreads, and company scale.
REQUIRED — NO EXCEPTIONS
You must have all of the following:
• Direct, hands-on underwriting experience in Novations, Subject-To, and Seller Financing
• Strong MLS-based retail comp and pricing expertise
• Experience underwriting real deals that closed
• Ability to operate independently without training
• High ownership mentality and attention to detail
• Proven remote work discipline
If you have only wholesaled cash deals, do not apply.

Compensation
• $3,000 per month base pay for first 90 days.
• $4,000 after 90 days
• $100 per closed deal (Novations, Subject-To, Seller Finance)
• Long-term stability with upside in a fast-scaling nationwide operation
Work Structure
• 100% Remote
• Full-time availability required
• Must be responsive during business hours
• Speed and accuracy are mandatory
