Responsibilities
- Defending professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers
- Representing various professionals including accountants, architects & engineers, attorneys, bankers, and healthcare providers
- Working collaboratively within the Professional Liability Practice across nationwide offices
Skills
- Strong research and writing skills
- At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience defending professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar
- Experience in professional liability law
- Substantive litigation experience
- Demonstrated interest in professional liability law
