The Opportunity
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Boston, Massachusetts. The assignment starts ASAP, with 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week. As a Physical Therapist with Vetted Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Implement and administer physical therapy treatments, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in electronic medical records
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the United States
- BLS certification
- National and state certification and/or as required
- Ability to live 60 miles away from the facility to qualify for the travel rate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
