Schedule:
Rotating evenings and weekends—work two out of every three weekends.
Compensation: $36,000 base salary + uncapped commission; typical range $100,000–$150,000+.
Responsibilities
• Close high‑ticket real‑estate investment programs via phone and Zoom.
• Manage pre‑set appointments and live‑transfer calls from qualified prospects.
• Maintain CRM data and meet performance metrics (DPP ≥ $2,571, Avg Ticket ≥ $6,597).
• Participate in training, huddles, and weekly KPI reviews.
Requirements
• 2+ years of proven B2C high‑ticket phone sales experience.
• Experience selling $3,000+ programs.
• CRM proficiency.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and stay accessible 5 minutes during shift.
