Who are we?
Mindmaven is an Executive Coaching firm that focuses on coaching CEOs, Founders, and other top executives of startup and VC companies across the U.S. We are helping our clients find Executive Assistant Rock Stars who – with training – will become Engagement Managers (a hybrid of an EA and Chief of Staff). The person who holds this position is the extension of the person(s) they support and establish themselves as a strategic partner. The position is 100% remote, so you’ll need a great computer, strong internet, and the ability to keep both running.

Responsibilities include:
Usual and customary EA daily, weekly, and monthly tasks that include the following but with a heavy emphasis on technology and no-code/low-code solutions related:
Task and Time Management
Calendar Management
Meeting Management
Email Management
CRM Management
Research Management
Projects
Other tasks as identified by the executive
Requirements
Minimum 12 months of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced technology environment.
Minimum 3 months of experience in the graveyard shift.
Understanding of no-code/low-code solutions and technology.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
