The Role (Part-Time. Multi-Client. Doer.)
We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer who can confidently manage multiple client accounts and set up, maintain, and optimize Google’s marketing and analytics tools.
This is a part-time, execution-first role. You will be in the platforms—launching campaigns, configuring tracking, fixing issues, and optimizing performance. This is not a coordinator or strategy-only position.
What You’ll Own:
Paid Media Execution
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as:
• Facebook & Instagram
• TikTok
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
• Manage budgets, bids, audiences, creative testing, and optimization
SEO & Search Execution
• Keyword research and intent mapping
• On-page SEO execution (meta titles, descriptions, structure)
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile management
• Content and site optimization recommendations
• Adapt strategy for AI-influenced search behavior (SGE, zero-click, intent-based discovery)
Google Tools Setup & Management (Critical)
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Google Search Console setup, monitoring, and optimization
• Google Tag Manager setup, tagging, events, conversions, and debugging
• Conversion tracking across paid platforms
• Data validation and ongoing tracking accuracy
Performance & Optimization
• Monitor KPIs and make data-driven optimizations
• Run A/B tests, funnels, heatmaps, and CRO experiments
• Use tools like SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms
• Clearly demonstrate ROI and performance improvements to clients
Collaboration & Delivery
• Work with content, design, and video teams to ship creative that converts
• Communicate directly with clients when needed
• Manage priorities across multiple clients without things slipping
• Track time accurately and deliver work on schedule
Required Experience & Skills:
• 4+ years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience
• Proven experience running and optimizing paid campaigns
• Strong experience setting up and managing Google tools, including:
• Google Analytics 4
• Google Search Console
• Google Tag Manager
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization
• Working knowledge of WordPress environments
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Highly responsive, organized, and accountable
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• This is not a typical 8am-5pm role but expected to respond to clients and address needs during standard business hours
Nice to Have (Not Required):
• TikTok Ads experience
• LinkedIn Ads or Sales Navigator experience
• CRO or landing page optimization experience
• Familiarity with AI search optimization tools or workflows

• Not a training role
This is for someone who executes consistently, sets up tracking correctly, and keeps performance moving across multiple accounts.
Location & Eligibility:
• Strong preference for Colorado-based candidates
• Open to candidates in U.S. time zones (PT–ET)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• No offshore candidates or agencies
