Requirements
• 4+ years in People Operations within fast-paced, scaling environments
• Proven ability to build and improve processes that are efficient, intuitive, and employee-centric
• Strong experience with HR systems and People tools, ideally HiBob, Ashby, and Jira
• Comfortable analysing HR data and producing reports that drive action
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation across multiple concurrent workflows
• Proactive, solutions-first mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
• Clear, approachable communicator who builds trust across teams and levels
• Resilient and adaptable with ease, navigating change and ambiguity
