The Patient Safety and Clinical Intelligence Teams key functions include management of systems and processes that support Adverse Event reviews and Safety1st system.  The Patient Safety team also undertakes project work, and data collection for the Health Quality and Safety Commissions quality safety markers. This position is 0.7FTE, and can be based anywhere in Southern, though the preference is on Southland site. The role does cover processes across Health New Zealand - Southern.
