Job Description
We are a growing remote startup looking for a part-time Talent Sourcer / Recruiting Coordinator to help us build a strong candidate pipeline for an Operations Associate role.
The primary goal of this role is to create and manage sourcing channels, organize incoming applicants, and pass the strongest candidates to our hiring manager for interviews.
This role is expected to require 10 to 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities
• Set up and manage multiple sourcing channels for candidates
• Post roles across platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph, and remote job boards
• Conduct light resume screening to identify strong candidates
• Manage and organize inbound applicants
• Maintain a simple candidate tracker
• Share a shortlist of top candidates with the hiring manager on a weekly basis
• Optionally conduct light outreach or sourcing on LinkedIn
Ideal Experience
• Experience sourcing candidates for remote roles
• Experience with recruiting coordination or talent sourcing
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working with applicant trackers or spreadsheets
• Clear written communication
The role we are hiring for will likely be based in LATAM or the Philippines, so experience sourcing candidates in these regions is a plus.
We are looking for someone who can quickly stand up several sourcing channels and generate a strong pipeline of applicants.
