- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and follow simple instructions
- Ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks and learn quickly
- Effective communication skills and ability to work under close supervision
- Physical ability to bend, reach, grasp, push, and pull objects, stand, and walk for sustained periods
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and carry heavy objects for 20 feet
- Organizational skills and willingness to work well with other team members
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
