Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Evening Specimen Processor & Data Entry Specialist. This 25-hour per week position is perfect for those who are looking for a challenging and rewarding role with a leading clinical laboratory solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and route laboratory specimens for testing, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Perform data entry tasks, including lab requests and test orders, with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Work in a laboratory environment with biological hazards and PPE requirements, prioritizing safety and compliance
• Champion quality control and recognize when corrective action is needed
• Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional patient care and support

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Typing proficiency, including 10-key, with high accuracy and speed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Data entry experience in a production environment
