The Patient Engagement Specialist is a key field-based member of the Market Access Patient Services team responsible for contacting designated accounts and providing support to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs... We are seeking well qualified, bilingual (English-Spanish) speaking candidates who live anywhere in the central US from Texas to Minnesota. Primary Responsibilities ? Serves as the primary HCP interface for the insurance support, problem resolution, access support, office staff, education ? Work with a 3rd party insurance support partner and specialty pharmacies as the primary point of contact ? Work collaboratively with all appropriate field roles, HUB case mangers, sales, national accounts, reimbursement specialists Qualifications/Experience ? BS, BA required; BSN preferred ? Case management, patient services, or pharmaceutical market access experience ? At least 2+ years in a specialty pharmaceutical field-based role- preference for 'rare diseases' ? Proven understanding of pharmacy benefit designs, prior authorization processes, and specialty pharmacy treatment pathways ? Deep understanding of local, regional, and national insurance authorization policies and barriers ? Knowledgeable in all applicable laws and regulations and maintain high ethical and compliance standards Compensation ? $150K-$165K salary ? Performance based bonus ? LTI (long term incentive program
