Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our on‑site Customer Support team as Live Chat Representatives. In this role, you will become the trusted voice of our automotive dealer clients, handling inbound chat inquiries, providing accurate product information, scheduling appointments, and capturing high‑quality leads that directly feed our clients’ sales pipelines. This part‑time position offers flexible scheduling in four‑hour blocks between 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM, with a structured training program to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule & Training

During the first week, you will participate in an intensive training program designed to familiarize you with arenaflex’s platform, dealer processes, and chat etiquette. Training runs Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM. After successful completion, you will transition to your regular shift, which can be selected in four‑hour blocks anywhere between 7:00 AM and 8:30 PM. This flexibility enables you to balance work with school, family commitments, or other pursuits.
