Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our on‑site Customer Support team as Live Chat Representatives. In this role, you will become the trusted voice of our automotive dealer clients, handling inbound chat inquiries, providing accurate product information, scheduling appointments, and capturing high‑quality leads that directly feed our clients’ sales pipelines. Key Responsibilities

After successful completion, you will transition to your regular shift, which can be selected in four‑hour blocks anywhere between 7:00 AM and 8:30 PM. This flexibility enables you to balance work with school, family commitments, or other pursuits.
