Job Overview
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, building relationships with our clients, responding to their inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other electronic means, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
- Manage customer portfolios, organize workflows, and prioritize tasks to meet customer demands and deadlines
- Perform data entry, electronic filing, and document retrieval, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Navigate multiple databases quickly and accurately, researching, analyzing, and processing legal documents as required
