**Experience Required**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce.
* Experience working in a remote environment, with strong computer literacy and written and verbal skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar.
* Experience with various customer contact methods, including email, telephone, and live chat.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a customer-centric approach.
* A passion for pets and pet health, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
* A dedicated workspace at home, with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment.
