We're seeking part-time remote Therapists in North Carolina to join our diverse, mission-driven, and collaborative team.
You will be employed as a W2 employee with an hourly rate
$110–$125 per session for initial assessments
Compensation covers both session time and required documentation
To ensure financial stability, we guarantee a minimum payment of 5 hours per week at your clinical hourly rate. Seeing 15 clients qualifies you for a higher guaranteed minimum compensation
You will also be eligible for an annual increase in your hourly rate based on your performance
Paid consultation time & benefits – Earn $25 per hour for consultation, supervision, and professional development time. Plus, receive paid sick days, malpractice insurance, and CEU coverage
Collaborative & supportive environment – Participate in weekly consultations, peer discussions, and professional development programs
Flexible & streamlined work – Work remotely with no exclusivity requirements, and let us handle client scheduling
Caseload: Manage at least 12 clients per week (option to take on more hours)
Provide psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults over age 18 years, as well as parent training and support
Collaborate with pediatricians, school counselors, and families to support client care
Participate in weekly individual and team case consultations and team huddles with a supportive clinical community
Complete clinical notes and documentations in a timely manner
Licensed Mental Health Professional in North Carolina with 3+ years of post-grad therapy experience
Required license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments
Comfortable using Zoom, EHRs, and team collaboration tools
Willingness to be cross-licensed in additional states and not opted out of Medicare
