• At least five years of caregiving experience, including two years with children
• Minimum age of 23
• Valid driver's license with three or more years of driving experience
• Possess a 4-door vehicle that is no more than 13 years old (10 years in select markets)
• Must have a clean driving record
• Pass a comprehensive multi-agency background check with fingerprinting
