Job Summary

The Business Intelligence Advisor will be responsible for assessing business data to create meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve business performance. You will support best practices and data sharing within the organization and serve as a trusted advisor to the business, helping end-users to determine data requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data, draw conclusions, and provide summary analysis and interpretation to business management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify new reports required to support business requirements
• Optimize and standardize reports at regular intervals, define and influence metric definitions from a global perspective
• Design, run, and implement reporting to support the business and collaborate with other teams to provide feedback and assist in process improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and discuss them with internal business groups

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with proven expertise in reporting and exceptional technical skills and presentation abilities
• Good understanding of specific data intelligence and experience with business processes
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, and Visual Basic and Macro Programming, with familiarity with Power Apps and Automation Anywhere - A360 being an asset
• Good understanding of the business environment and industry trends
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a client-focused approach and strong technical skills and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and experience are preferred:

• Strong knowledge of VBA, C, C++, Java, .Net, Visual Basic Programming, and experience with Power Apps and Automation Anywhere 360
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
