We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager to join our team remotely from anywhere in the U.S. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing B2B digital display, programmatic, and video campaigns that drive results.
About the Role
This Remote Paid Search Manager position offers an immediate start for the right candidate. You will work closely with internal team members to assist with strategy development, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. Your primary responsibilities will include the development of display, programmatic, and video campaign strategies, executing daily campaign optimizations, testing, tracking, and performance measurement. You will manage programs to ensure that campaigns are optimally structured, set up, trafficked, and tracked correctly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute display, programmatic, and video campaign strategies that drive B2B audience activations and align with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize campaigns daily, including testing, tracking, and performance measurement to ensure optimal ROI.
- Oversee creative development and approval process to ensure high-quality ad creative that resonates with target audiences.
- Develop and present reporting and key insights on campaign performance to stakeholders and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
- Evaluate and improve internal display processes to support strategic planning and implementation.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in executing programmatic/direct partner and paid social campaigns on either client, agency, agency trading desk, or programmatic technology teams.
- Experience managing B2B accounts with a deep understanding of B2B audience activations.
- Proficiency in multiple DSPs, DMPs, ad serving, and brand safety platforms to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Advanced understanding of digital tactics and measurement, specializing in display, paid social, video, and native advertising utilizing both 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sources.
- Advanced tracking and analytics knowledge to inform campaign optimization and performance measurement.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to develop and present reports and insights.
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following experience is highly desirable:
- Financial services, insurance, and/or technology experience to provide a deeper understanding of the industries we serve.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics to enhance campaign measurement and optimization.
- Experience in DOMO and/or Tableau to provide advanced data visualization and reporting capabilities.
- Experience in LiveRamp to enhance data management and activation.
