Paid Media Manager for NYC Creative Workshop Business (Meta + Google)

We run a NYC-based creative studio that offers art workshops. We are looking for an experienced paid media manager to help optimize and improve performance across Meta and Google Ads. Current ad spend: ~$4,000/month total Primary focus: Driving bookings for in-person workshops (not e-commerce products) Scope of Work: - Manage Meta and Google Ads accounts - Improve campaign structure and efficiency - Audit and restructure campaigns if needed - Develop and execute creative testing plan - Improve cost per booking and overall campaign efficiency - Weekly performance recap (written summary) - Biweekly strategy call We want someone who can improve performance and bring structure to testing and reporting.
