Organizational Change Manager/OCM Consultant (Healthcare)

Opportunity Overview: • Role: Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant • Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based) • Engagement: Contract / Consulting • Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day shift • Focus Areas: Workday Finance & Supply Chain (Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, GL, Financial Reporting) What You’d Be Doing: • Lead end-to-end change management for large-scale Workday Finance & Supply Chain implementations • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations • Design and execute integrated change, communication, and adoption strategies • Partner closely with executives, functional leaders, and project teams • Coach leaders and managers to reinforce adoption and sustain change • Measure adoption outcomes and recommend corrective actions as needed What We’re Looking For: • Hands-on experience supporting Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain implementations • Strong background in change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar) • Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex, matrixed organizations • Excellent communication and facilitation skills Preferred Experience : • Healthcare or large enterprise environments • Multi-module Workday deployments • Organizational design or operating model transformation Apply Now Apply Now
