We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to manage daily
order flow for our e-commerce business. This role focuses on ensuring orders are processed
accurately, shipped on time, and tracked properly to avoid delays or customer issues.
You will work closely with customer support, fulfillment partners, and internal teams to ensure a
smooth order lifecycle from purchase to delivery.
Responsibilities
● Process daily orders through the e-commerce backend (Shopify, Amazon, or other
platforms)
● Verify customer details, addresses, and payment status before fulfillment
● Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, or fulfillment partners
● Monitor shipment tracking and proactively flag delays
● Raise investigations with courier companies when orders are stuck or delayed
● Update internal tracking sheets with order and delivery status
● Handle replacements, cancellations, and refunds based on company policy
● Support customer service with order-related queries when needed
● Ensure all orders meet delivery SLAs and quality standards
Requirements
● Proven experience in order processing for e-commerce businesses
● Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, or similar
● Strong attention to detail (addresses, SKUs, tracking numbers)
● Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
● Ability to manage high order volumes accurately
● Strong communication skills for internal coordination
● Self-motivated and able to work independently

● Experience with dropshipping or third-party fulfillment
● Knowledge of courier portals and shipment investigations
