Operations Intern — A1R Remote Term: 6/1/2026-2/1/2026 About A1R A1R is a sports agency representing and supporting athletes at every stage of their careers. We're a small, fast-moving team looking for an intern who wants real exposure to how a modern sports agency operates — from the deal side to the business side. The Role We're hiring an Operations Intern to support day-to-day agency operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll see how pitches get built, deals get papered, and revenue gets tracked. You'll work directly with agency leadership on work that actually ships to clients and partners. Responsibilities • Build and design PowerPoint pitch decks for client presentations, brand partnerships, and business development • Edit and mark up contracts , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clean formatting across deal documents • Maintain and update revenue tracking spreadsheets , flagging inconsistencies and helping keep financial records organized • Support the marketing team on ad-hoc projects as needed Requirements • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel / Google Slides and Sheets • Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers and contract language • Professional written communication and ability to handle confidential information • Interest in the sports industry, agency work, or sports business Compensation This is an unpaid internship. The only compensation offered is academic credit through your school. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, improve efficiency, and support decision-making • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) • Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program • Passion for and knowledge of sports and athlete management is a plus
