A Starbucks operations consultation manager on the Channel Operations, Delivery team provides operations expertise and consultation on plans and projects impacting the delivery channel (Uber Eats and DoorDash). Consultation includes planning for and developing projects and programs that enable our partners to provide the optimal delivery experience for our customers and couriers.
The pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed.
As an operations consultation manager on the Channel Operations, Delivery (Uber Eats
- Passionately collaborate and co-create implementation and sustainment strategies for the Delivery channel
- Build empathy for retail partners up, down and across cross-functional lines
- Thrive in ambiguity
- Be curious and adept at asking questions to gain insights, determine root causes and pursue the most aspirational and inclusive solutions for the Delivery channel
- Leverage relationships to create genuine connections to consult and influence decisions
- Leverage your strong analytical skills
WeÂd Love To Hear From People With
- Starbucks store manager experience (2 years) or 5 years of progressively responsible experience including 2 years of retail operations management and 3 years of implementation and/or project management in a retail or restaurant environment.
- Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.
- Strong knowledge of retail store operations, processes, and procedures
- Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships.
- Ability to operate and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to assess the impact of change and develop processes to ensure effective implementation and user acceptance of new processes, products, procedures, or methods.
