We are seeking an experienced operations, budgeting, or productivity consultant to present a prepared financial and operations deck to a field workforce via Microsoft Teams.
The presentation will review end-of-year sales performance, cost of doing business, profit-and-loss metrics, and labor efficiency for calendar year 2025. The audience consists of 12 bill posters organized into 6 field teams.
The goal of the presentation is to:
Clearly communicate 2025 financial realities
Explain how labor hours and productivity impact profitability
Establish expectations for reduced hours and increased efficiency in 2026
Reinforce accountability using data, not emotion
This is a neutral, numbers-driven presentation delivered by an independent third party to ensure clarity, objectivity, and credibility.
The content is already prepared. Your role is to present the material professionally, explain financial concepts in practical terms, and manage Q&A constructively.
Scope of Work:
Review a prepared financial / operations presentation (approximately 12–15 slides)
Participate in one preparation call (30–45 minutes)
Deliver one live Microsoft Teams presentation (45–60 minutes including Q&A)
Explain budget, cost, and productivity concepts clearly to non-office staff
Keep discussion focused on data, efficiency, and forward-looking improvements
Ideal Background
We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following:
Operations consulting
Field workforce productivity analysis
Budgeting and cost control
Construction, logistics, installation, or trade-based labor environments
Profit-and-loss review for small or mid-sized teams
Experience presenting to non-corporate or field-based workers is strongly preferred.
