We are currently seeking a part-time On Call Scheduling Coordinator who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and helping ensure clients receive excellent service. This position is particularly well suited for post-secondary students who would like flexible work while continuing to contribute to their community.

• *What You’ll Do:
• Answer phones and text messages promptly by greeting clients and caregivers in a “Neighbourly” way
• Support clients and caregivers with day-to-day changes in schedules as requested
• Make decisions regarding the urgency of an incoming request.
• Solve scheduling problems with a “we can figure this out” mentality and a "happy to help" disposition
• Receive transitions at the beginning of your shift, reporting on and sending transitions at the end of your shift
• Document all activity during your shift.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a customer service focused capacity
• Calm and compassionate disposition
• *Qualifications:
• Experience in customer service, coordination, administration, or service-based roles preferred
• Comfortable using basic technology such as chromebook, mobile apps and email
• *Schedule:**
• At least one consistent evening a week from 4-10pm, Monday through Thursday
• At least one weekend per month Friday 4pm through Sunday 10pm.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
