Job Description:
• Oversees a sales team dedicated to Supplemental Health products
• Building strong personal and collaborative partnerships to meet or surpass sales goals
• Increasing revenue, membership, and earnings
• Working closely with colleagues to uphold the Aetna Brand promise for Plan Sponsors and Producers
• Establishing effective structure, consistent sales practices, and active broker or consultant engagement in the market
• Analyzing competitive environment to support and improve pricing, underwriting and product development strategies
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with all constituents
• Recruiting, attracting, and retaining a diverse workforce and engaging them through mentoring and coaching
Requirements:
• 7-9 years directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above
• Demonstrated experience leading a high performing Sales team
• Extensive experience with Supplemental Health products, including Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Accident Plans
• Ability to travel as required
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Health & Life licensed
