Title: Moveworks Integration Consultant Type: W-2 Contract (with Full Benefits) / Fully Remote Duration: Now through December 2026 Location: ddddddddddddddddddddd Summary: We are seeking an experienced Moveworks Consultant/Engineer to design, build, and scale an enterprise-grade HR Virtual Agent. Ideal candidates have deep expertise in conversational process design, compound actions, Workflow orchestration, and custom plugin development—along with hands-on experience integrating Moveworks with Workday and Concur. In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional business stakeholders to automate HR workflows, improve employee self-service, and deliver intelligent, end-to-end HR experiences. Responsibilities: • Design and develop custom connectors for Moveworks to integrate with enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday, Concur). • Build and configure custom workflows, compound actions, and automations within Moveworks. • Develop and maintain custom plugins using REST APIs, JSON, YAML, and related scripting languages. • Implement backend logic, data mappings, and orchestration to support conversational and agentic use cases. • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and ongoing troubleshooting for custom integrations. • Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and validate technical designs. • Provide technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer to internal teams. • Support enhancements, bug fixes, and Moveworks platform upgrades during the contract period • Monitor and optimize agent performance, reliability, and security • Enhance agent accuracy, containment rates, and user experience • Ensure integration, workflow scalability, and maintainability Qualifications & Requirements: • 3+ years of experience implementing enterprise agentic AI solutions. • Strong understanding of conversational AI, intent modelling, and dialogue design. • Hands-on experience with Moveworks compound actions, DSL expressions, and custom plugin development. • Proficiency with JSON, YAML, and workflow orchestration. • Direct experience integrating with Workday APIs and Concur APIs. • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, token-based), and related integration practices. • Experience with middleware or integration platforms (preferred but not required). • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and service delivery. • Experience translating HR policies into automated workflows. • Familiarity with enterprise HR data models, compliance, and security requirements. • Experience supporting or leading large-scale enterprise AI/automation deployments. • Background in consulting or stakeholder-facing technical delivery. • Experience with Agent performance analytics and reporting. • Must have experience with optimization strategies for conversational agents. • Experience with identity and access systems (e.g., SSO, Azure AD) • Exposure to change management and user adoption strategies • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tuning for AI agents. • Must be able to design and build AI Virtual Conversation Agents.
