Project Overview
We are a concierge medicine and GLP-1 weight loss clinic in Fort Myers, Florida seeking an experienced developer to build a streamlined content marketing automation system. Our goal is to increase website traffic and generate qualified leads through consistent, SEO-optimized content published to our blog and social media.

Budget: $600–$1,800 total (fixed price; milestone-based payments)
Timeline: 6–8 weeks (est. 40–60 hours)
Goal: 2 blog posts per week + 5 social posts per week; minimal manual effort (Emily spends less than 5 hours per week).
Business Context
We have 15 concierge patients but aim for 200. We're expanding our GLP-1 weight loss program. Our blog is rarely updated (5 posts in 6 months) and our social media is inconsistent. We need a system that automates content creation, distribution and lead capture while keeping Emily’s workload low.
Scope & Deliverables
Phase 1: Discovery & Setup (Week 1‑2)
- Audit our Wix site (structure, SEO, Velo capabilities).
- Set up Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking.
- Conduct keyword research (concierge medicine, weight loss, longevity, men’s health, Southwest Florida).
- Create a 12-week content calendar.
Phase 2: AI Content System (Week 3‑4)
- Build a ChatGPT-based engine to generate two SEO-optimized blog posts per week.
- Develop an interface for Emily to review and edit drafts easily and approve them for publication.
- Ensure posts publish to our Wix blog with proper formatting, images, and metadata (no auto-publishing without approval).
Phase 3: Social Media Automation (Week 5‑6)
- Automate distribution of published blog posts to Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile, generating appropriate captions and hashtags.
- Allow posts to either auto-publish or be reviewed by Emily before posting.
Phase 4: Lead Capture & Optimization (Week 7)
- Optimize existing contact forms for GLP-1 weight loss and concierge inquiries.
- Set up tailored auto-response emails with program and pricing details.
- Organize lead data in a simple dashboard and track sources.
Phase 5: Training & Handoff (Week 8)
- Provide video training and written documentation.
- Deliver step-by-step guides, API information, and a maintenance checklist.
- Offer 30-day post-launch support (bug fixes and two check-in calls).

Technical Requirements
- Demonstrated Wix Velo development experience
- Experience integrating the ChatGPT API and Zapier or Make
- Social media API expertise (Facebook/Instagram)
- SEO best practices
- Nice-to-have: healthcare/medical marketing experience
