About the job Call Center Representative (Remote) US CITIZENS ONLY Responsibilities ? Respond to high volume inbound telephone inquiries from potential patients of the dental practices we support ? Schedule and confirm new patient appointments ? Compassionately handle questions/concerns as helping consumers is our #1 goal ? Use trained sales tactics to reach company goals of appointments set ? Various duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team Minimum Education & Experience ? High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelors preferred ? Retail, sales, food service, marketing, or Customer Service Experience preferred ? Strong keyboarding skills. ? Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills. ? Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus ? Passion for helping others ?
