Job Summary
We're looking for a seasoned Manager to lead our Enterprise Account Management team, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Account Management. As a passionate leader with at least 5 years of management experience, you'll coach and guide a team of high performers to achieve quarterly goals and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Enterprise Account Management (EAM) team to achieve quarterly goals and exceed expectations
- Manage the customer lifecycle and ensure a seamless customer journey
- Provide weekly reporting and forecasts to drive business decisions
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions with team members to drive positive change and retain top performers
- Establish and document ways to improve customer satisfaction, client retention, and increase revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement new policies and procedures
- Roll out sales business rules, practices, and policies consistently across the team
- Work with upper management to identify, organize, and execute training regimens for new hires and ongoing training
- Manage change, course correct, and respond to business problems
- Inspire, mentor, and grow members of the EAM team
- Travel Requirement: 50%
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Account Management experience, managing large clients
- 5+ years of Sales Management experience
- Demonstrated experience forecasting revenue
- Proven track record as a thought leader and subject matter expert
- Experience using Salesforce.com
- Proven history of leading an AM team to overachieving quota in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- A professional with a high level of integrity that can be trusted to always represent the company in a professional manner
- Detail-oriented, organized, and expert in time management
- Experience selling Recruitment Advertising and/or familiarity with performance-based advertising products
- Knowledge of Google Suite
