The Role: Bringing Data to Life
As a Manager, Data & Analytics Visualizations at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our team that transforms complex data into actionable insights. Your mission will be to analyze, interpret, and visually represent data in a way that empowers our stakeholders to make informed decisions. You'll be working closely with Data and Analytics Leads, Product Managers, and Operating Unit colleagues to understand their needs and translate them into tangible data products that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities: Where Your Skills Shine
- Enable data analysis, insights, and visualizations for the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) as part of the Platform Management Digital Services Product Delivery team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and develop data products that meet those needs, utilizing various data sources and tools.
- Analyze and act upon multiple data sources, both proprietary and third-party, to derive meaningful insights.
- Become a power user of dashboards, datasets, and models created by data engineers and analysts, and support these data products and projects.
- Deliver new analytics visualization solutions, ensuring quality through testing and user stories.
- Conduct business and data analysis to assess performance and inform strategy, ensuring data plays a pivotal role in building insights and capabilities.
- Champion the use of data and insights to drive the adoption of self-service analytics across the organization.
Essential Qualifications: The Foundation of Success

- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency in tools used for analytics visualizations, with a focus on PowerBI.
