Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk supporting arenaflex’s managed services, you will be the backbone of our day‑to‑day financial processing activities. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Customer‑Facing Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries, clarifying requirements, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
- Accounts Payable Processing: Review, code, and enter invoices, manage vendor communications, and reconcile payments within the Costpoint system.
- Accounts Receivable Processing: Generate invoices, apply cash receipts, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue accounts.
