Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Luxury Airbnb/Short-Term Rental Cleaning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Performing thorough cleaning of luxury rental units before and after guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Ensuring all surfaces, fixtures, appliances, and furnishings are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
- Changing linens, towels, and other guest amenities according to established guidelines.
- Restocking supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and refreshments as needed.
- Inspecting rental units for any damages or maintenance issues and reporting them promptly to the appropriate department.
- Collaborating with property managers to coordinate cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks based on guest bookings.
