Managers will only look at candidates that are open to converting to a full-time employee. will not sponsor work visas if the decision is made to hire the contingent worker. Function of the Group: Multifamily Capital (MFC) is a sub-segment within Real Estate. MFC includes Agency Lending and Tax Credit product offerings with origination, underwriting, asset management, servicing, finance, technology and compliance teams. MFC regularly uses contingent resources to assist with the demands of peak volumes and special projects. The resources will work under the leadership of existing managers. Initiatives/Projects: Agency Lending Asset Management responsibilities will include completing commercial / multifamily loan level financial statement and rent roll analysis using technology solutions available as well as supporting other special projects. Industry background: Real Estate background, multi family real estate big plus Team Dynamic: Associate asset management team made up of 4 financial analysts, a loan support peron, and then an asset manager. These individuals will work directly with and support the asset managers. Roles/Responsibilities: These contractors would be responsible for the input of financial statements through the Workflow module as well as any application release testing that may be required. These contractors would be used as a backup resource for Asset Management between reporting cycles. This will also facilitate on-time submission of financials analyses to investors. Reviews financial statements, market, and economic data to determine the economic impact and/or compliance impact for the operation of the assets. May follow-up with internal and external parties with financial/operating results. May inquire about effectiveness of new operating/marketing strategies where appropriate. May determine an equity risk category. May review and process customer requests related to the servicing of assets. Proficient in excel. Another aspect of this job will be testing a new application and providing feedback. Former Summary: Responsible for reviewing new loan application requests to ensure that all required forms and/or documentation have been provided by the borrower. Job Responsibilities: Works in a team environment gathering outstanding conditions and upon receipt performs analysis and prepares files for closing documents. Provides support to the Lending Officer, underwriting and documentation and closing departments. Assists supervisor and underwriting area in pipeline planning. Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Bank personnel and outside agencies in both verbalwritten form. Computer literate with experience using Word and industry standard software. Ability to work under deadlines. Good organization and planning skills. Ability to pay close attention to detail. Education/Experience: High School Degree and bachelors degree in related technical field or equivalent education/experience. 2 - 4 years of loan processing experience within a banking company or related financial institution required.
