The Role: LiveChat Agent - Marketing
As a LiveChat Agent - Marketing, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging with website visitors through real-time live chat to validate and prequalify leads. This role is critical to our marketing team, and your contributions will directly impact our business. You'll work remotely, preferably near our branch offices in Calgary or Dallas-Fort Worth, and will be responsible for entering leads into Salesforce, transitioning qualified leads to sales managers, and enhancing the customer journey through effective communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Real-time Live Chat: Engage with website visitors through live chat, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Lead Qualification: Validate and prequalify leads, entering them into Salesforce.com and transitioning qualified leads to Sales Managers as Salesforce.com Opportunities.
- Live Chat Platform Expertise: Become an expert in our live chat platform, developing a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying informed on BOXX's product features, promotions, and FAQs.
- Canned Responses and Tagging System: Create canned responses and enhance our tagging system in the live chat platform to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Best Practices: Enhance training and best practices documentation to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Customer Journey Improvement: Develop and communicate ideas for improvement in our customer journey, collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including response time, customer satisfaction, volume, and schedule.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams and key marketing team members related to leads and live chat.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Commercial Modular Construction Industry Experience: Preferred experience in the commercial modular construction industry.
- Live Chat, B2B Telemarketing, or Sales Experience: Preferred experience in live chat, B2B telemarketing, or sales.
- Salesforce.com Experience: Preferred experience with Salesforce.com.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Multitasking and Prioritization: Keen ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Organized with attention to detail.
- Customer Service Oriented: Customer service oriented with empathy and patience in dealing with various customer inquiries.
