We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Support Agent to provide real-time assistance to customers through online chat platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong written communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and can deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to provide accurate information and solutions.
• Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and speed.
• Guide customers through website navigation, product features, troubleshooting steps, or order processing.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions clearly and accurately in the system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and system updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher is a plus).
• Prior experience in customer service or live chat support preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and tone.
• Typing speed of at least 40–50 WPM with high accuracy.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Work Schedule:
• Flexible shifts available – full-time (20–40 hours/week) and part-time (10–30 hours/week).
• May include weekends, evenings, and holidays, depending on coverage needs.
