As the Learning & Development (L&D) Governance Specialist, you will ensure the effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement of all L&D initiatives across the organization. This impactful role establishes and maintains governance frameworks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and documentation to support consistent, high-quality L&D practices. You will partner closely with the Senior Manager, Managers, Curriculum Team, Trainers, and stakeholders to track program outcomes, uphold standards, and provide insights that drive data-informed decisions. Your contributions will help shape a culture of excellence and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of SOPs, policies, and documentation for L&D programs, ensuring consistency across all initiatives.
• Ensure all training programscomply withorganizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Conduct audits and reviews of L&D programs tomaintainquality and compliance.
• Track and analyze learning outcomes, program effectiveness, learner engagement, and ROI.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards to share actionable insights.
• Use data toidentifygaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement in curriculum, delivery, and learner outcomes.
• Partner with L&D Managers to evaluate training effectiveness at 30, 60,90 days, 6 months, and1 yearpost-training.
• Recommend improvements, updates, or corrective actions based on data, feedback, and compliance reviews.
• Lead initiatives tooptimizeL&D processes, including updating SOPs, evaluation tools, and governance frameworks.
• Work cross-functionally with Program Managers, Curriculum Managers, Instructional Designers, Trainers, and Facilitators to ensure programs are effective and aligned to business needs.
• Communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in L&D, governance, measurement, program evaluation, or learning analytics.
• Strong analytical skills andproficiencywith Excel, Tableau, Power BI,orother reporting tools.
• Knowledge of adult learningtheory,and compliance standards.
• Experience increating andmaintainingSOPs, policies, and documentation for L&D programs.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
