Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the front-end pharmacy technician team, providing guidance, training, and coaching as needed to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations
• Collaborate with senior technicians to coordinate daily production, including data entry, customer service, and automation, to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
• Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician, or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification
