About the Role

The Lead Data Analyst, Customer Experience will play a pivotal role in leading the development and maintenance of solutions related to end-to-end customer experience data. This includes analytical reporting, business trends and correlations, and predictive modeling to assist with prioritization and optimization of business initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data science, advanced knowledge of statistical and analytical model development, and excellent leadership and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for technical design, process design, and partnership with data architecture teams to ensure data quality and governance across shared systems and applications.
