The Lavazza Brand Associate is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the brand strategy within the U.S. market, driving brand growth through integrated marketing initiatives and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the Lavazza U.S. brand strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives
- Assist in the development and implementation of annual marketing plans, including campaign planning, timelines, and deliverables
- In coordination with PR & Event team, scout and evaluate potential new Lavazza brand partnership and collaborations
- Supporting in executing integrated marketing campaigns across key channels, including digital, social, media, PR, and partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, E-commerce, Food Service) to ensure cohesive brand execution across all channels
- Partner with agencies and external partners to brief, execute, and optimize marketing programs and activations
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, campaign results, and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Maintain a strong understanding of the coffee category, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to inform strategy
- Support the execution of brand activations, events, and trade shows, including planning, logistics, and post-event analysis
- Assist in managing marketing budgets, including tracking spend, processing invoices, and supporting monthly reconciliation
- Leverage consumer insights and syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Numerator) to support decision-making and strategy development
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to global guidelines across all U.S. marketing initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years Brand/ Marketing or related experience
- Ability to understand and manipulate syndicated data such as Nielsen, Numerator, IRI, etc
- Strong proficiency in PPT, Excel
- Strong communication skills
