As a Junior Product Engineer at Red Sky, you won’t just execute - you’ll co-create. You’ll be at the core of building entirely new startups from scratch, working on rapid experiments, MVPs, and technical proofs of concept that are meant to hit the market - fast.
Your role is a hybrid of builder, hacker, product thinker, and technologist. You’ll work directly with founders, Product Managers, and Tech Leads to explore ideas, challenge assumptions, and bring products to life using the best tools for the job - whether that's Bolt.new, Lovable, no-code platforms, or custom-built solutions
This role is for you if you're ready to solve real problems from day one, not just “shadow” someone or build throwaway features. You’ll co-create actual startups alongside real founders, helping shape products from scratch, validate them with real users, and iterate toward market fit.
You’re someone who takes initiative. You're curious, open-minded, and comfortable testing bold ideas using emerging tools and platforms - even if they’re not “mainstream” yet. And we’ll support that. We’ll trust your judgment if you spot value in a niche technology. If you see potential in something new - whether it’s a novel AI agent, automation stack, or design system - we’ll give you space to explore it.
Evaluate, propose, and implement the best-fit stack (no-code, low-code, AI, or custom code) tailored to the product needs and validation goals,
Design and execute product experiments from scratch - including landing pages, interactive demos, and technical proofs of concept - to validate market demand and user interest,
Work closely with Product Managers and Founders to align product vision with execution,
Collaborate with Tech Leads to ensure the scalability and feasibility of your prototypes,
Integrate automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) and AI agents into product workflows,
Use modern development tools like Bolt.new and Lovable for fast prototyping and code generation,
Set up backends using Supabase, Firebase, Railway, or similar platforms,
Automate and streamline dev processes to speed up delivery,
Iterate quickly based on user and market feedback,
Partner with designers to ensure a smooth and intuitive UX/UI,
Support go-to-market strategies through technical demos and proof-of-concepts.
At least 1+ year of experience in digital product development, prototyping, or similar,
Practice knowledge of no-code/low-code tools,
Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies,
Understanding of web development fundamentals,
Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools quickly,
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail,
Strong communication in both English and Polish.
