The JR Financial Analyst will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting tasks, partnering with the Director of FP&A and driving business insights through detailed financial modeling and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Americas P&L, including detailed analysis of revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and EBIT performance
- Deliver monthly management reporting with variance analysis versus forecast, budget, and prior periods
- Partner closely with the Director of FP&A on forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic initiatives
- Lead weekly sales forecasting, quarterly outlooks, and the annual financial planning process
- Create dashboards and drive reporting for other Financial units: Accounts Receivable, Invoicing and, where required, acquired entities
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support scenario analysis and investment decisions
- Translate complex financial results into clear, decision-oriented insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes
Skills
- Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance with P&L partnering
- Advanced Excel expertise (complex models, scenario analysis, large datasets) – Excel power users only
- Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting and KPIs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA, HFM, or similar)
- Advanced degree a plus
