About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in a remote setting
- Utilize your knowledge of banking products and services to meet customer needs
- Perform various transactions, including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals
- Monitor fraud mitigation and adhere to established operational policies and procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience
What We're Looking For:

- Ability to connect with customers and understand their financial needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience required
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
