The Role:
As a Cook / Grill Operator, you'll be responsible for delivering the Waffle House experience to our customers. This includes:
- Preparing food to order and maintaining high-quality food preparation standards
- Ensuring our restaurant is clean and inviting
- Working collaboratively as part of a team environment
- Demonstrating leadership and teamwork skills
- Being available to work some weekends and holidays (our busiest times)
Requirements:
- Entry-level position - no experience required
- Must have a positive and friendly attitude
- Teens welcome - must be 16 years old or older
